The discovery call is typically a 15-30 min chat, in which we’ll go over what issues you’re facing in your ecommerce business and discuss/determine if the EF service is right for you. We’ll cover any and all questions you have and make sure we’re a good fit to work together. This call is totally risk & cost free.
You surely could! However, you may not always have work for them to do and likely would have to pay a salary of $150,000 – $200,000+. With EcommerceFoundations, you can pause your subscription anytime so you’re only paying when you need help.
Upon signing up, EF will set up a portal for you using Notion. Within Notion, you will be able to submit request, check statuses and receive answers/reports.
Typically, answers or reports are given within 2-3 business days. However, this may vary depending on the complexity of the request. Some requests may require additional data or access which may take longer to ascertain and reply to.
Depending on the complexity and required information, the requested report will be delivered within 2-3 business days. However, some reports or analyses may take up to a week to fully realize.
You may submit as many requests as you like. Each request will be handled one-at-a-time. You may prioritize each request within the Notion portal.
That’s fine – You can pause your subscription anytime if you are running low on questions or requests.
EF mostly focuses on Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce & WooCommerce. However, if you’re using another platform we can surely accomodate.
Due to the nature of the work, there are no refunds but you can cancel/pause your subscription anytime and it will not renew during the next billing cycle.
Not directly. EF is not a development or design agency. From time to time, designs may be provided in the form of wireframes or examples. If extensive development is required to achieve the desired outcome, EF can suggest developers and partners to work with.
